You don't have to carry it alone
Writing to Mary can help. But if you're struggling, please talk to someone who's trained to help, today.
This isn't a crisis service. I read the letters myself, and it can take a few days. If you're in danger or thinking about ending your life, please call one of these now. They're free and confidential.

If you're grieving
Grief doesn't keep office hours, and it doesn't follow steps. Some days are fine and some days a song in a shop undoes you. That's normal.
Talking helps, even to a stranger. The Lifeline and SADAG lines above aren't only for emergencies. You can call just because you're finding it hard.
If you're worried about someone
You can call the same lines for advice on how to help someone else.
